On February 19, 2016, CTW(Tianjin) Offshore Engineering Co., Ltd., China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation and Bohai Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Co., Ltd together signed construction contract of 2 units of self-elevating and self-propelled unit.

　　Main body of the unit is square with four cylindrical legs, max working water depth 60 meter, the unit equipped main thruster and bow thruster, with self-propelled function and dynamic positioning system DP-1. The Self-elevating unit provided accommodation for 150 persons, with Main Crane 190T and Aux. Crane 20T, is an offshore unit for well workover and serve to oilfield production.
